Three perfect peaks for the 8 km walk, with incredible views over the Mantiqueira mountain range
The Três Picos (Three Peaks) hike, an 8 km walk along three mountains, between 1,300 and 1,800 m in altitude, offers an incredible panorama of the Mantiqueira mountain range. It is reached by a steep 7 km path through the Atlantic forest. It takes a whole day to walk there. The place offers magnificent views of the Paraíba river valley, the park and the foothills of the Mantiqueira and Serra do Mar mountain ranges. Fill out a responsibility form at the park entrance, at the visitor center or at the Maromba complex.
