Beautiful, wide beach with clear waters for swimming, lined with palm trees, reasonably populated with a few straw huts

There are several popular beaches in Mangaratiba: the central beach first, not very recommended for bathing because the boats come to dock there, but pretty with its palm trees. The popular praia Ibicuí is often crowded. The best is undoubtedly the praia Brava, beautiful, large, reasonably populated, with a few straw huts to buy cold drinks, and with clear waters to swim in. More remote and accessible only by car from the center, the beaches of São Antonio and Junqueira are wild, with calm and clear waters.
