Pura Ulu Danu Brata, a pleasant Hindu temple on the western shore of Lake Bratan.

On the west bank, stand the Candi Kuning and Pura Ulu Danu Bratan. Candi Kuning is a small hexagonal stupa, the only resolutely Buddhist monument in Bali. Four Buddhas sit in the niches dug according to the Hindu cardinal points with the colors that correspond to them: Vishnu-black, Iswara-white, Brahma-red and Mahadewa-yellow. Multicolored flowerbeds and pruned shrubs on impeccably mowed lawns form the green carpet from which rises the marvel of the Pura Ulun Danu Bratan temple on a small promontory.

joli mais entouré par un jardin un peu "disneyland"
Le temple sur l'eau est très beau, avec le lac et les montagnes en arrière. Le jardin qui l'entour est plein de "spots" photos un peu genre disneyland mais je suppose que c'est pour faire plaisir aux touristes qui veulent des photos intagram. Ca reste un endroit splendide

De qui se moque-t-on ?
Une fois arrivé là, après avoir payé un droit d'entrée non négligeable et traversé une sorte de parc d'attraction un peu minable, vous arrivez devant un petit temple que comme tout le monde vous allez essayer de prendre en photos sous le meilleur angle possible, histoire de rentabiliser votre déplacement et le droit d'entrée mais avec le sentiment de vous être fait avoir....
Parmi beaucoup de déceptions à Bali, on rit jaune en rentrant à Paris et en retrouvant la photo sous le meilleur angle dans les vitrines de agences de voyage

Entrée payante à 50 000 IDR.
Cette visite de temple sur lac est absolument à voir. Le temple sur lac correspond à l’image inscrite sur les anciens billets de 50 000 IDR.
La visite est très reposante et agréable mais énormément de touristes.
Site incontournable de Bali.

Très beau temple situé en altitude sur le lac Bratan. Assez loin des principaux autres sites touristiques et donc pas trop de monde ce qui est appréciable.
