Market in Denpasar, the biggest on the island, a great place to store for groceries, souvenirs, etc.

It's the biggest market on the island, and a superb energy emanates from it. In 2016, a fire ravaged the stalls, but all traces of the disaster have disappeared. Ideal for shopping (and haggling), you'll find products from the 4 corners of the island: baskets, mats, rattan and latanier objects, as well as fruit, flowers and spices. The locals buy these for their offerings.

Please note that the food section is open from early morning until 5 p.m.
