The menu nouvelle cuisine has only few original, duck (house speciality) is served twice to stay hot but 2nd half is surrounded by a ordinary sauce without accompanying vegetables.
The young service is not very professional (wine list not funded, erroneous invoicing, preciousnesses after the bill...)only a venerable maître with retreat for extra evenings food shortage as a staff gives an idea of what was this remarkable hotel in very serious loss of quality!
