Market square in Boppard with narrow cobbled streets and dominated by a church in Rhenish Romanesque style.

Former Roman city, the market square was, at the time, the centre of activities, surrounded by small cobbled streets. Then the Christian era saw the construction of the church Saint Sever, which dominates the square. Completed in 1236, this is a fine example of Romanesque architecture in Rhineland.

Superbe église et jolie place
Jolie place malheureusement gâchée par un façade en béton. La fontaine en son centre est vraiment intéressante.
