KÖLNER SENFMUSEUM UND HISTORISCHE SENFMUEHLE - MUSTARD MUSEUM

In one of the oldest mustard mills dating back to 1810, fine mustard is still produced today. Visitors to the mustard museum can look over Senfmüller's shoulder and see how Cologne mustard is made at this historic site. Every day, six guided tours are offered, where visitors can learn interesting details about mustard, its formation and production. The visit ends with a tasting of nine varieties of mustard and eight mustard jams.
