Two houses for one of the largest breweries in Cologne (even though it doesn't appear at first glance) with nearly 1 200 places. In the basement you will eat under the vaults of the th century. At the first, the restaurant is more refined. Notice on the facade, with a knife in the head, Saint Peter martyr, patron of the brewers of Cologne (unsympathetic seems, which would explain the knife). In a warm and lively setting, you will taste the various culinary specialties of the country, served by boys in traditional costume. A clientele of all ages and styles gives its flavour to the place. Nice terrace in summer.

Waiters in a good mood, " Kölsch" (the local beer) is fresh, traditional cuisine… that'est -cequ 'it necessary moreover for a good break?
Note that these restaurants in 1200 seats are quite tourist however. The small brasseries have more " vraie".
