Since 1993, the EKŌ House has been Düsseldorf's center for Japanese culture. It features Europe's only Japanese temple, a magnificent garden, exhibition halls and the Kyōsei-kan, an additional building housing a library and an international nursery school. Here you can discover Japanese customs. There are numerous cultural events such as Buddhist festivals, tea ceremonies, garden parties, theater performances and concerts.
