The last true craftsman of Hanseatic caps, here he is. Lars Künzel designs, cuts and sews his beautiful navy caps in his shop-workshop in the heart of the old town. He learned his trade from his master hatter Claus Eisenberg, heir of the house Walter Eisenberg, which exists since 1892. Without Mr. Künzel, the famous sailor's cap made of navy blue wool would no longer be worn on the heads of Hamburgers. This is the only place in the city where you can get a real one...
