A good hotel of standing, located at the edge of the downtown canals.

Along the Alsterfleet in a modern building with an ocean liner look, the Steinberger Hotel has 235 beautiful, modern, functional and comfortable rooms: minibar, air conditioning, flat screen, etc. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the canals. On the upper floors, there is a fitness room and sauna with a view of Hamburg. The mixture of old canals and very modern business class style gives an interesting atmosphere and makes the Steigenberger a very pleasant place to stay. Special offers online.

Hotel is ok, infrastructure is nice, location is very good. But the staff are really cold, unwilling to help. Very rude in my opinion. Service is very bad. So overall the experience was not so nice. Thumb down do how this hotel is managed.

kein Wellness, keine Sauna, kein Spa, keine Bar - die Minibar ist ein leerer kleiner Kühlschrank - sonst sind die Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet top. Besonders nett sind die Leute an der Rezeption leider nicht - Parken kostet 34 Euro am Tag. Frag mich woher die 5 Sterne kommen ????.

ICONIC, super short walk to get to the shops. Also super cool to see the trains runs through the city and the canals out of your suite window. Reminds me of a mixture of New York and Chicago but in a maritime town.

Unser Lieblingshotel, wenn wir in Hamburg sind. Sehr schöne neue Zimmer. Geräumig, tolle Betten, schöne Aussicht. Alles war sauber und wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bedient. Die Lage ist top!

Preis/Leistung passt!
