Waren waren mit der ganzen Familie im Haus (insgesamt 4 Zimmer ) alle Zimmer waren super und stets sauber.
Der Alsterblick ist wunderbar. Das Personal war wirklich immer freundlich und sehr entspannt. Wir wurden sogar beim Namen angesprochen und jeder hat sich immer um unser Wohlergehen gesorgt. Es war erstaunlich das selbst die Reinigungskräft, Handwerker usw. alle äußerst freundlich waren.
Die Bar war qualitativ klasse und Uwe ein ganz besonderer Kellner.
Frühstück war spitze!

Outstanding service from all aspects. The hotel boasts a perfect location nestled within a historic building, famously used as a filming location for a James Bond film from my childhood. The breakfast offerings are exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options. I also highly recommend dining at one of the hotel's own restaurants for a memorable experience. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, adding to our delightful stay. We are eagerly looking forward to our return!

I stayed at the hotel for a week. But unfortunately I got sick during my stay. I would like to highlight the excellent treatment and attention I received from Lisa (at the reception) and also from Helena Lockl who treated me very well and made me feel at home in those difficult moments when you are alone and miss being at home. Thank you very much!

Was ungeheuer nervt, das ist diese völlig aus der Zeit gefallenene Lärmmaschine des Klavierspielers, der unerbittlich die Ohren verletzt. Was soll fas im Jahr 2024?? man will doch mal einen Raum ohne nervige laute, unentrinnbare Behämmerung haben.
Dringende Empfehlung: bitte gepflegte Ruhe in der Lobby!! der Lärm stellt den Tatbestand der Körperverletzung dar!! Eine Qual für Musikerohren!!
Jetzt fängt der schon wieder an???????? Ich zahl dem Mann am Klavier jetzt mal 'n Bier - dann gibt er vielleicht mal 10 min. Ruhe - ach wär' das schön ????????????
