Aus versehen 2 Zimmer Online auf der Website (Mobile) gebucht - waren wohl durch doppelklick zwei flex-Zimmer. Gut, Pech. Dass man dann aber eine no-show Rate mit 100% berechnet, obwohl man ja ein Zimmer nimmt, ohne die kleinste Art von entgegenkommen: Verwirrend und kennt man von Problemen aus anderen Häusern etwas anders. Vielleicht passen das Hotel und ich auch nicht zusammen, mag sein und ist nicht tragisch.
