An eco-friendly hotel made of wood and entirely powered by renewable energy.

A few S-Bahn stops south of the main station, the Hotel Wälderhaus embodies a novel concept, but one that one should wish for the best future. Powered entirely by renewable energy and built almost entirely of wood, the hotel welcomes its guests in peaceful rooms each named after a unique tree species. The surprise is that you will find the tree in question planted in your room! On the first floor, a small interactive museum educates the youngest guests about the conservation of local flora and fauna.

Schönes Hotel im Holz Ambiente. Die Lage ist gut, eine S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend

Wir waren 4 Tage Gast hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer sind schön, Frühstücksbuffet ausgewogen mit reichlich Auswahl.
Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
S-Bahn fußläufig gut erreichbar, ca 10 Minuten von Hotel entfernt.
Wir kommen gern wieder. ????

Das Holz-Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Negativ ist aus meiner Sicht nur, dass nicht bei der Buchung auf die 14,00 € Parkplatzgebühren pro Tag hingewiesen wurde. Man muss natürlich keinen Parkplatz vor Ort dazu buchen, findet dann aber auch kaum einen in der Nähe.
Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, bezüglich der Auswahl aber eher übersichtlich.
