Cons:
- The fact that it seems to double as a children’s jungle gym. They are legitimately screaming/running/jumping all day and as far as last night goes, well past midnight. They’re loud AF.
-The beds are not connected. Not a deal breaker, but moderately annoying. One sheet over the two together would help.
To future guests, take heed of the reviews about loud children. Those are not exaggerated.
The problem was the location of the hostel. The area around the hostel is really shady and I felt really uncomfortable as a solo traveller. I was inside before it got dark and changed my travel plans to leave later so that I would not have to walk alone outside in the dark. You might think I am being paranoid but I recommend googling about the area before going to see what kind of area you are going into (most of the information in German unfortunately).
The staff were quite friendly and tried to help as much as possible, which I am very grateful for, but I feel that I should let other travellers know about the situation outside the hostel.
Staff was great and very helpful.
Only complaint was that there were always unsupervised children running around the halls and hanging out in the lobby. It gave the place a strange feeling. Come to find out this is being used as refugee housing. Kids as young as 5 or 6 years old roaming the hallways and making all sorts of noise at 10pm. I spoke to the staff and they were very helpful and put an end to it.

Jobless ro/bu hanging around all Day drinking álcohol and smoking cigarettes all Day everyday.
Hostel should have disclosed that before booking.
Therefore i consider this a scam

Die Lage ist Top, dagegen kann man nichts sagen. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof und alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Es ist aber ziemlich Laut, das sollte man hierbei beachten.
Das Zimmer ist winzig also viel Spielraum hat man nicht und das Badezimmer dürfte man eigentlich nicht so nennen, hat mehr was von einer Wohnwagen Toilette.
Zudem war das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer war leider dreckig und die Toilette gelb.
Der Flur war absolut dreckig, Kinder haben dort gespielt überall lag Papier und anderer Dreck wirklich nicht schön.
Außerdem ist der Rezeption ein fehler unterlaufen und es standen 2 Mal fremde Menschen in unserem Zimmer, fehler passieren zwar und wir haben als Entschädigung kostenloses Frühstück bekommen, aber sowas sollte wirklich nicht passieren!
Frühstück hatte leider mehr was von Jugendherberge und erinnerte uns an frühere Klassenfahrten.
Alles im allen wirklich nicht die beste Wahl wenn man nach Hamburg fährt.
