In dem Moment wo ich nicht alles genau so machen wollte wie sie es verlangt hat (was übrigens nicht mal gesetzeskonform war!), hat Frau Sievers angefangen mich während des gesamten Telefonats komplett anzuschreien. Ich habe sie sogar mehrmals gebeten den unfreundlichen Ton zu mäßigen aber sie hat mich nur weiterhin voll aggressiv angeschrien. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
