BAN CANTEEN

Mint, coriander, lemongrass: all the freshness of Vietnamese cuisine is in the "all in a bowl" formulas: simply bo bun revisited. Ban Canteen is a good address in Sankt-Pauli for a quick, healthy and cheap meal, with a particularly interesting formula at lunch time. However, one may regret the cold and boring hipster canteen decor. Another speciality to discover here is the banh bao, a stuffed bread from Vietnam, filled with lemongrass, chicken, tofu, shiitake, etc.
