BARFÜSSERKIRCHE - FRANCISCAN CHURCH

The ruin of the "barefoot" church, the ancient church of a Franciscan monastery erected at the end of the th century, is of the acabit of Saint-Jean-des-Vignes Abbey in Soissons: It's terribly picturesque. This Gothic church still has three parts of the wall and part of the roof, after revetment in the middle of the th century. Besides the quality of architectural elements still preserved, as such, this very well preserved ruin is very aesthetic. It is now part of the Angermuseum and the entrance ticket to the museum also allows to walk inside the church.
