A proud warrior with plush armour, beautifully crafted apparat, spears and helmets… if, as a child, you loved playing the knight, the Riesensaal could awaken your dreams of adventure and grandeur. The collection is located in the large, newly restored Residenzchloss hall, with the Türkische Cammer of the castle Armory. More than 350 objects are displayed. It is one of the world's finest collections of war, armour and war costumes and medals.
