A chic, sober and refreshing address on Houlgate’s main street. Maxime Lehoucq delights us with his homemade bistronomic cuisine. The promise of freshness is written into the (short) menu: two starters, two main courses and two desserts, renewed every week. Pêle-mêle: crispy soft-boiled egg, French trout tartare, pork belly confit for 24 hours, Trouville sole (caught by Maxime’s brother)... to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the sunny patio. Délicieusement simple, des langoustines pêchées par le frère du Chef. Un dîner de nouvel an qui donne envie de revenir au printemps.
