SAINT PAUL WINTER CARNIVAL

The Winter Carnival of Saint Paul is one of the oldest festivals in the United States. The festival was inaugurated in 1887, then took place for the next two years before being cancelled... and officially resurrected thirty years later, in 1917! The festival has become a real tradition, dear to the people of Twin Cities. Numerous festivities are organized: concerts, ice and snow sculptures, parades and food stalls.
