It's impossible to visit Minneapolis without sampling the artisanal ice creams of Sebastian Joe's, a veritable local institution since 1984. Classic flavors, such as vanilla and milk chocolate, sit alongside the more daring creations for which the house is famous: the famous Nicollet Avenue Pothole, a decadent blend of chocolate, caramel, walnuts and brownie, or the Pavarotti, a must-try with banana, vanilla, caramel and chocolate chips!
