Gourmet and refined restaurant close to the port in Honfleur

Close to the port, this charming table is ideal for a weekend in lovers. This is an annex to the Hôtel Hotel, which was appreciated by Alphonse Va, with an inventive spirit: mackerel marinated on a fine tart with Parmesan, yellow mashed yellow plaice fillet and grapefruit, plaice fillet with pie cream, mango soufflé passion, ginger ice cream… The "Honfleur" at the edge of the docks, certainly, but not necessarily the cheapest of the boat on the plate. Let’s beware of the (slightly too) salty addition.

Nous y avons dîner hier soir et vraiment très très bon restaurant. De l'entrée au dessert tout était délicieux. Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé un plat bon dans un restaurant. Et les prix sont très correct. Le personnel aussi est très sympathique et gentil. Merci pour ce repas

Tout était extra lors de notre dernier dîner à l’Absinthe : salle cosy avec une belle architecture normande modernisée et une cheminée (un plus en hiver !), cuisine savoureuse, bons produits frais, menus variés à très bon prix, service attentionné. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment excellent, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super Restaurant, très classe ou l'hospitalité du personnel est irréprochable quand à la cuisine un vrai régal pour les papilles.
Venues avec deux enfants, qui ont trouvées leur bonheur au Menu également et se sont régalés.
Un restaurant à ne pas louper.
Bravo au travail d'équipe Salle / Cuisine.
