Pizza specialty in a restaurant with an atypical decor in Honfleur
Easily recognizable by its colourful facade and the Salamander that adorns the sign, the Commandery is off the beaten track. Red-orange tones, ceiling mouldings, wall lights, miscellaneous objects, all very nice. The chimney has given way to a brick wall and a fountain now brightens up the charm of this atypical decor. If the setting is warm, it has nothing to envy the welcome of Alexandrine and Frédéric! A "small" thirty or so pizzas are to be discovered, including the Biquette (goat’s cheese, ham, egg and cream), the Calzone (well puffed up, it doesn’t fall off), the Tankipass (their version of the 4 seasons) or the Belzébute (the biggest with minced steak, merguez, egg, onions and mushrooms... bon ap’). In addition, you can also add mussels, mixed salads, or special or traditional pancakes and crêpes. A Commandery... to be recommended!

La pizza orientale aurait pu être bonne si les morceaux de merguez n'étaient pas minuscules. MAIS le problème est son prix, elle est affichée à 12 € à l'extérieur pour attirer le client mais elle vous sera facturée 14.50 € sur l'addition. Arnaque ou faute de frappe ? en tout cas la patronne est tout sauf sympathique, et elle deviendra même méchante et agressive si vous demandez à payer le prix affiché !
Les touristes Espagnols de la table d'à coté ont été très mal vus car leurs enfants ne consommaient pas assez cher selon la patronne...
Et des touristes Anglais se sont fait virer car ils se sont installés à 3, à une table de 4 personnes.
C'était en semaine, il y avait peu de monde, nous cherchions un resto pas cher. Le serveur était sympa, et le rapport qualité prix était tout à fait convenable pour Honfleur. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
En prime j'ai trouvé des morceaux de plastique rouges dans ma crêpe. Le serveur me répond que ça arrive... Et nous propose le dessert sans excuse ni effort commercial. Mon fils n'a pas terminé sa pizza aux fromages, écoeuré. La patronne ne nous a pas salué et s'est juste assurée du coin de l'oeil que nous laissions le bon montant pour l'addition...
