"Hot!" That’s how it starts as soon as the first customer arrives: the ovens are fired up to make sure everything is hot and tasty for everyone. Push open the door of this brick-and-wood institution, in the purest Auvergne tradition. A fireplace on the first floor, a chic second floor, beauty and good taste. Just like on the plate. For over 20 years, the "flagship" dish has been the Honfleur bouillabaisse, with its treasures of the sea simmering in a saffron velouté. Chef Julien Domin makes our gourmet hearts skip a beat.

Excellent moment ! Repas excellent seul petits bémols. Apértifs très chers et supplément pas forcément justifiés pour les desserts. Quant au café 3,50€ plus chers que sur les grands boulevards parisiens. D'autant qu'aucune mignardise ne l'accompagne.

Au sortir d'un week-end normand gastronomique nous avons hésité à pousser la porte de ce restaurant ; nous avons cédé pour ne pas le regretter. Au delà de l'accueil sympathique et prévenant la bouillabaisse bien que copieuse était à ce point gouteuse qu'elle a disparu de mon assiette sans difficulté. Mon épouse plus prudente s'est contentée d'huitres qui se sont révélées excellentes. Adresse à recommander ! Ne pas se laisser influencer par l'ambiance "touriste" du quartier et de la façade !
