Surprising, intuitive, neo-bistro-style regional cuisine in a trendy restaurant in the heart of Honfleur.

Huître Brûlée is located at 8 rue Brûlée. Got it? A touch of humor for this trendy table where locavore dishes are not lacking in ideas. We can only applaud its surprising neo-bistro initiative, given Honfleur's abundance of tourist menus. It's time for oysters, direct from Veules-les-Roses, with some very original little surprises! Then, accompanied by poiré or natural wine, the terroir is revisited with astuteness. The reasonable bill, given the quality of the whole, confirms that we'll be back soon!

Très beau cadre, à la fois élégant et accueillant. La cuisine y est excellente, avec des plats fins, bien travaillés, et pleins de saveurs. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très bon.

Si vous passez par Honfleur, je vous recommande vivement d’y faire une halte — une belle découverte culinaire dans un lieu charmant !
