An institution much talked about for its fabulous Friday night fish fry. You sit around a big table with lots of people and eat to the sound of German music, sung and accompanied by an accordion. Several guided tours of the beer production line in the basement are organized each day. It's impossible to stay sober on this tour, as you spend more time operating the beer pumps than trying to understand the process of malt fermentation.

Bonne dégustation
Cette brasserie propose des visites qui comprennent la dégustation de plusieurs bières dans une ambiance fun et conviviale. Le restaurant propose une petite carte avec notamment d’excellents cheese curds. Quelques tables en bord de rivière.
