The Mag Mile is a bit the equivalent of the local Champs-Élysées, with its dozens of shops and the tall towers that line it.
The Magnificent Mile is like Chicago's Fifth Avenue or Champs-Élysées. This stretch of Michigan Avenue is a shopper's paradise, where one big name, luxury boutique and iconic store follows another. Lined with office towers, the avenue stretches from DuSable Bridge in the south to Lake Shore Drive and Lake Michigan in the north. Don't hesitate to take the Mag Mile in its entirety: it takes just 15 minutes to walk up it.
