Kincardine has also joined the brewing movement with its small brewery located in the heart of the city since 2018. The team brews a variety of nectars such as Oat Stout, American Pale Ale, Roasted Coconut Porter, Oktoberfest Lager, Japanese "Super Dry" style or Dry Hopped Sour Beer. Experimental versions are also available throughout the year from their testing lab, the Grey Matter Lab. Watch for pop up restaurants and quiz nights.
