It is the official residence and workplace of the Governor General of Canada. The huge grounds are worth a visit, with over 10,000 trees, many planted by visiting heads of state. An ideal place to have a picnic or even watch a game of cricket. As for the house, guided tours will show you the ceremonial rooms, a magnificent collection of Canadian art and furniture, and an exhibit on honours. Outdoor skating rink in winter (free), open to the general public on weekends.

Le bâtiment est très beau, notamment pour son architecture qui est typiquement canadienne. J'ai également apprécié la végétation tout autour.

Superbe endroit! Il est possible de faire une visite guidée de l’endroit. Très magnifique endroit, avec beaucoup de végétations! Nous pouvons également assister au changement de la garde des soldats en rouge au son de la cornemuse, magnifique!
