Le concept est génial avec la formule à volonté pour 15 dollars à midi et 25 le soir. La carte est bien fournie: il y en a pour tout les goûts: chaud, froid, végétariens, soupes... On note soi-même le numéro des plats souhaités. Le service est rapide. Les plats sont succulents et les produits très frais: Le saumon fond en bouche. Un délice !
