A warm and friendly place, the Wellington offers a slate that will please every palate, whether you are a lover of seafood, juicy cuts of meat or greenery. A superb menu of homemade beers is offered to accompany all of this, both bottled and kegged. The brewery brewed its own beers on site, under the name "Stock Pot Ales", an independent project that became "Stalwart Brewing". They can be found at the Wellington, of course, but also on the slate of other restaurants and bars in Ottawa.
