The ticket office is open for trains 651 and 655, 30 minutes before train time and up to 15 minutes after departure. The station offers accessibility services such as a wheelchair-accessible entrance, a wheelchair-accessible boarding platform, a wheelchair elevator and a courtesy wheelchair to assist boarding. There is also a pet relief area in front of the station entrance. To get to the station, you can take a cab with Modern City Taxi or Amey's Taxi, or use Kingston's public transit services.
