Those who knew the excellent Raymonds restaurant were surely disappointed to learn of its closure during the pandemic. Not to worry, Chef Ross Larkin, winner of Top Chef Canada in 2018, and Celeste Mah, the country's top pastry chef in 2019, opened this new gourmet spot in 2022. A small, intimate space with the open-concept kitchen near diners, they serve bistro dishes under three themes: vegetables, proteins and seafood. The place is definitely worth the detour for a good meal with friends or lovers.
