A few kilometres from Honfleur, the Domaine de la Pommeraie opens its doors to reveal the fabulous history of Calvados. From the orchards to the distillation room, via the cellars, you’ll follow the making of this precious nectar. Not far from the sea, the site offers an ideal equation for these eaux-de-vie, benefiting from a subtle iodine imprint and, thanks to the Normandy climate, less evaporation and regular ageing. un joli domaine
à quelques kilomètres sur les hauteurs de honfleur, un domaine typiquement normand. Le cidre est bon mais le poiré est cher et très étrange en goût. Un seul cru est bio et hors de prix. Dommage !
