Inside, a hushed atmosphere and discreet music. Outside, a terrace overlooking the main downtown street (which is not noisy, rest assured!). The cuisine is varied and very well executed, including the butcher's cut, duck confit, chicken breast with kimchi, smoked beef brisket, bison burger and Lake Diefenbaker rainbow trout. There is also a nice selection of dishes to share (tasting board, pork dumplings, fried calamari, etc.).
