WESTERN DEVELOPMENT MUSEUM

The Western Development Museum is actually four museums in Saskatchewan, each offering a different experience. In total, nearly 80,000 artifacts make up its permanent collection, which traces the human history of the province from settlement to the present day, making it the largest of its kind in Saskatchewan. Topics explored include transportation in Moose Jaw, rural life in North Battleford, 1910 Boomtown, innovation in Saskatoon and immigration in Yorkton.
