Former homebrewers, Shwan Moen and Garrett Pederson opened the doors to their nanobrewery in 2015. In the glass, just about every style of beer is represented, from barrel-aged Dubbel to West Coast-inspired IPA. The brewery doesn't have a kitchen, but food trucks occasionally set up shop outside.
