Here, we take barbecuing seriously! All meats are cooked and smoked over open flames and charcoal of various species. The result is tasty dishes like the brisket burger, smoked beef short rib, St-Louis spareribs and the spitter's platter, featuring a selection of their grilled and smoked meats. Under its new management, the menu has been renewed, both on land and sea. Bonus: a tiki bar on the superb terrace overlooking the Richelieu River.
