At Le Pied de Cochon, renowned Montreal restaurant opened its own sugar hut in the beautiful Laurentians region. Here, just as in Montreal, we put on a traditional kitchen completely revisited with a high-end touch. In fact, we are far from the image of typical sugar huts… Novelty in 2012: " The Shack falls into apples ", with a unique menu for all and a flat dish for the apple season. For those who have the means, we strongly recommend this gourmet experience!
