Guided tour of the Seigneurie des Aulnaies, with its still-functioning flour mill, paths and gardens, and bistro.

Characters in period costume lead the guided tour and take you back to the days of seigneurial rule. Among other things, you'll discover the mill, which has been in operation for 300 years. Here, you can buy organic flour ground on stone millstones. At the end of the tour, you can "lose yourself" in secret little paths leading to gardens and the river, or stop off at the brand-new Bistro de la Seigneurie. The latter offers a slate of Italian dishes, many prepared in a wood-fired oven.

Très belle visite du moulin, avec commentaires intéressants et démonstrations, ainsi que "dégustations" des différents types de farines.
La visite de la maison seigneuriale est intéressante.
