A strange and poetic restaurant well known to music lovers in Val de Moder.
This strange and poetic place, well known to music lovers, will be celebrating a double anniversary next year: the 15th anniversary of its restaurant, but also the 40th anniversary of the creation of the organ workshop by its owner, Rémy Mahler. The "house of the organ", as the name is translated in the local dialect, is an astonishing place. The Mahler couple have restored it with taste: old-fashioned patinas, antique furniture, embroidered linens and pretty crockery. There's even a grand piano and a harpsichord "refurbished" by Rémy. As an organ builder, he'll be delighted to show you around his workshop.

Le patron est, je crois, facteur d'orgue, sa femme allemande fait une cuisine plutôt familiale.
Joli resto dans un joli village dans une jolie région...
. Actuellement c,est EVELINE mon épouse qui a entièrement pris les responsabilités et assume en tant que Chefffe son activité en cuisine. Si certains jours je suis de passage dans cet endroit qui m'a souvent réjoui,ce n'est plus comme patron ,que je serais présent ,mais aussi en tant que client, et j,assure l'entretien de cet endroit. D'où ma dégaine de manuel,d'artisan, de constructeur. Soyez tous les bienvenus chezEVELINE et ne soyez plus choqué de l'artiste qui tel une comète ne fera des fois ,que passer .
