This small French-style bakery, run by Laurent Marcel, originally from Le Mans and the son of bakers, is a favorite with Halifax residents. Lovers of good pastries will find something to satisfy their sweet tooth (croissants, pains au chocolat, doughnuts, tarts, cinnamon rolls...) to get the day off to a good start. Coffee, in all its forms, is also very good (takeaway or on site). Sandwiches, good bread and soups are also served for lunch. One of the best bakeries in town!
