Drift, enRoute's grand finalist for best new Canadian restaurant, is the restaurant at the Muir Halifax Hotel. Under the direction of Chef Anthony Walsh, this upscale gourmet restaurant features Atlantic seafood, including lobster from Nova Scotia, as well as artisanal products from other Canadian provinces, such as foie gras from Quebec. The weekend brunch is a must, as is the low-priced lunch menu, which allows you to save money. The cocktail and wine list is also noteworthy.
