SAINT JOHN REGIONAL HOSPITAL
Saint John Regional Hospital is a regional hospital located in Saint John, New Brunswick. It was built in 1982 and has 524 beds. It is the largest tertiary care hospital in New Brunswick, and is the health care referral center for this region, and for all New Brunswickers, for major trauma and cardiac care. The hospital is also home to the New Brunswick Trauma Program, the New Brunswick Heart Centre and the New Brunswick Stem Cell Transplant Centre. It offers radiation oncology and nephrology services, as well as autologous stem cell therapy and a stem cell processing laboratory. It is also ENERGY STAR certified for its superior energy performance. Renovation and expansion projects are underway to improve patient care and modernize facilities.
