Open since 2018, the restaurant of chef-owner Benjamin Cormier, a native of the region, is a gourmet experience to savor the Maritimes, with some international inspiration here and there. The tides, the seasons and the arrivals dictate the menu which is renewed every week, always offered in the evening in a 4-course formula with a wine pairing.
