DAVE'S LOBSTER

This local company, which operates three branches in the Maritimes (Charlottetown, Cavendish and Halifax), is a sort of quality fast food restaurant offering a short menu of only sandwiches, almost always with lobster, and whose specialty is the lobster roll . A kind of hot dog from the sea (also called in Quebec "guédille"), it is THE specialty of the area, which you will find in several restaurants. The supply is local and is made from the fishermen of Covehead Harbour (north of the island). A must try!
