BLUE HAT BISTRO

Great food prepared by students from the city of Vancouver in the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts' practice restaurant. It's an opportunity to enjoy a chateaubriand without spending too much money. Blue Hat Bistro offers several original and interesting activities as well: the possibility to take cooking classes of a few hours, to attend wine and beer making workshops or to take part in tours of Granville Island with the chef of the institute himself.
