National Car Rental is a car rental agency located at Vancouver International Airport in Richmond, British Columbia. They offer after-hours return service from 1:30am to 5:30am. Additional drivers are permitted at no extra charge if they are the spouse or domestic partner of the primary renter and meet the same age and driver's license requirements. Vehicles rented in Canada can be driven throughout Canada and the U.S., but cannot be driven in Mexico. They also offer a damage waiver option for an additional daily fee, which ranges from CAD 9.99 to CAD 49.99 depending on the vehicle rented.
