The Canmore Nordic Centre was built in 1986 to host the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympic Games and has been used as a training centre for cross-country ski and biathlon athletes ever since. Check the program for dates of regularly scheduled races and events. Visitors from around the world come to enjoy the many trails for mountain biking, cross-country skiing and seasonal events at Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park. A small museum of Canadian sports and athletes.
